The below galleries feature images of my horses winning at MECS, LEMS and BMECS. There are many images missing as I'm awful at taking pictures of every horse placing, note the prevalence of Arabs...that's because I always start off doing it and then stop halfway through the day when I have 20 horses to be in different rings, a performance scene to set up and my husband has vanished.
But enjoy anyway. If you are the artist/tack maker/sculptor/maker of any of these models and would like your information added (or to use the images on your own site) please email [email protected]

MECS 2008
My first ever MECS - only one placing that I have a picture of!
MECS 2010
The last MECS - interestingly whilst doing this I discovered this entire album was missing from my computer! Thankfully I put them on Facebook so I do at least have a poor quality back up.

LEMS 2010
I crashed my car the day before the show (on the way to an exam #winning) so couldn't stay for the whole day and was clearly not in the mood for taking pictures! I only have one image of my own horses placing although I did get several placings!
BMECS 2011
The first ever 'BMECS'
BMECS 2012
BMECS 2013
BMECS 2014
BMECS 2015
BMECS 2015 was the first year that group winners were introduced. These were smaller championships for around 10 classes, 3-5 horses would be awarded group winner rosettes and then pass into the overall section championship.
BMECS 2016
2016 was probably my most successful BMECS. On the Saturday I took home two champions and a reserve to reserve champion. On the Sunday my own horses didn't do too well but a horse I painted got a Workmanship Top 10, one of my proudest moments as an artist.
BMECS 2017
In showing there are good years and there are bad years. 2017 was a bad year, but that's just life.
2018
2018 was a slightly strange BMECS for me. I had been really sick earlier in the year and couldn't face the idea of taking a full showstring of horses. So I decided to only take twenty horses with me, ten per day. The result of this was that I don't have a huge number of placings to show off (and still managed to not photograph some, how?!?!?) but every horse I took placed and I came home with two Top 10s which was nice.
2019
2019 was a busy year! I took 400 horses with me over the two days (sooo many horses) and was back to my usual BMECS chaos. I got a lot of Top 10s and group winners which I was so happy with and was completely taken aback when I got AA champion with one of my wedding cake toppers! A wonderful end to a great weekend :)
BMECS 2022
Due to Covid there was no BMECS in 2020 or 2021. It returned in 2022. From 2023 onwards I decided that I wouldn't be attending every year so this is the last gallery I have for now.
